This website is part of the service provided by Stopline Pty Ltd to Care Connect people, contractors and other stakeholders to enable the reporting of any issue that may adversely affect Care Connect or its people or reputation. At Care Connect, integrity and transparency are central to how we work. To support this, we offer a confidential whistleblower program that allows anyone connected with Care Connect — including employees, contractors, clients and other stakeholders — to report concerns about improper conduct.
Our program is supported by Stopline, an independent service that receives reports via phone, email, mail or their secure website. You may choose to remain anonymous, and translation services are available if needed.
The Stopline website also provides access to our Code of Conduct, Whistleblower Policy and helpful FAQs. This program reflects our commitment to strong governance and reinforces the trust our community places in us.
